warm up started and such.
Usual stuff again setting,digging,topspin,spiking.Bleah
& did like backwards running,though distance not that far
But really super wastage of energy man,legs hurt ):
three sets of those and did fifty zhupaoqitiao.
Joey left,so it was like only three pathetic souls there.
Did duigang then topspin against wall.

Oh,and i was like possessed today,eye pollution.Erks.
Damn unlucky today man,met lotsa weirdos.
Headed home dead on the bed then had dinner out.
Reached home msning all the way.

3day scorer course for vball next mon,tues and wed.
Outing with the clique on thursday.
Argh,i jsut wna rest at home man.
Today's the last volleyball training alr ):
Gonna rest at home and start chionging all my hw okays.
There's still compo,compre,twobookreviews,ten nwspaper article,zuoye,sci dna project,tendrawings,montage ws.
